Google’s search advocate John Mueller has replied to a negative SEO attack on the claims as a thread on Reddit today. He replied by saying that a Negative SEO attack should not be your tension. Negative SEO attacks include building spammy links to a domain by a company’s competitors.
The r/SEO forum; in this forum the individual has said. They are the target of negative SEO attack campaigns and they need advice on this.
So, as advised, Mueller has asked the companies just to ignore the issue.
“I’d just ignore them. Think of it this way, if your competitors are competent, they won’t build links for you. If your competitors are incompetent, the links won’t have any effect.”

Further, he advised. Companies don’t have to waste their time with Negative SEO attacks- competitors competent enough to build links Google will recognize probably.
Google ignores many links such as bad quality links and Google doesn’t count the link against a website’s rankings. Therefore, companies and SEOs should ignore this problem.
