Visible Websites is a digital marketing agency in London and Dubai, founded in 2020. We build websites and run the search marketing that brings people to them, so the same small team handles the strategy, the build and the reporting. Most buying decisions start with a search, so our job is to make sure a brand shows up in that search, that the click costs less than it earns, and that the page it lands on gives the visitor a reason to act. Every engagement starts with keyword, market and competitor research, which is what lets us give a realistic projection of opportunity rather than a hopeful one, even in crowded sectors. Our SEO work covers technical audits, on-page optimisation, site migrations, content, link building, penalty recovery, consulting, and analytics and conversion tracking, and we now work on visibility in AI answers as well, because a growing share of research happens inside ChatGPT and AI overviews rather than the classic ten blue links. On Google Ads we handle full account management, keyword research and expansion, competitor analysis, landing page optimisation, A/B testing, conversion tracking and international campaigns, and we look closely at attribution and source so we can say which spend actually produced the sale rather than which channel got the last click. On the build side we design and develop in WordPress, Shopify and custom code, and cover copywriting, hosting migration, page speed and UX/UI optimisation, followed by ongoing support, security monitoring and content updates after launch. Most of our clients are consumer brands in beauty, fitness, hospitality and weddings, among them Beauty Club London, Duck & Dry, ROAR Fitness, Rock My Wedding and Aisle 8. A web design and build usually takes 10 to 12 weeks, while a larger programme with branding and marketing built in can run six months or more. Minimum project size is £4,000. Duck & Dry runs blow dry bars across several London sites, including Mayfair, Knightsbridge and Spitalfields. People book a blow dry the same day, often within the hour and usually on a phone, which makes the search job different from a standard salon. Every site has to win its own neighbourhood searches, and the route from search result to confirmed booking has to be short. Running all of it from one Shopify store meant the location pages competed against each other for the same terms, and the treatments were bundled together rather than split the way people actually search for them: blow drys, updos and hair for events are three different intents, not one.
We rebuilt each location page around its own catchment, written for the streets, stations and landmarks near that site rather than a shared template with the address swapped out, and separated the treatment pages so blow drys, updos and event hair each answer a distinct search. Technical work covered the Shopify theme, mobile page speed, internal linking between location and treatment pages, and local business schema per site carrying the right opening hours and booking link. Analytics and conversion tracking were rebuilt so bookings report by location and by source, which lets each site be judged on its own performance instead of disappearing into a single London-wide number.
Each site now has a page written for its own catchment rather than a near-duplicate of the others, and the treatment pages match how blow drys and updos are searched for separately. Booking data reports per location, so the brand can see which sites and which treatments search is actually filling. Work is ongoing across content, technical SEO and reporting.
Beauty Club London fits hair extensions from a salon at Oxford Circus, which puts it in one of the most competitive local search markets in the UK. Buyers do not search for the salon. They search by method and by problem: nano rings, tape-in extensions, extensions for thinning hair, extensions for fine hair. The site ranked for its own brand name and little else, and the pages that did exist covered several methods at once, so none of them answered a single search cleanly. Enquiries came largely from Instagram and word of mouth, with no reporting that tied a booking back to the search behind it.
We mapped every extension method and hair concern the salon treats against real search demand, then rebuilt the site around that map, with a dedicated page per method and separate pages for the concerns that bring people in, such as thinning hair and fine hair. Technical work covered site structure and internal linking, page speed, and schema for a single-location salon with named stylists. Editorial is published under the stylist who does the work rather than as anonymous salon copy, so every page has an author a reader can book with, which also gives the salon something to be cited and linked for. We set up conversion tracking so enquiries and bookings are attributed to the page and the query that produced them, and we run on-page work, technical maintenance and link acquisition against a monthly content calendar.
The salon now competes on the method and concern searches that start a booking, not only on its own name, against national chains and other central London specialists. Reporting ties each enquiry back to the page and query behind it, so content decisions are made on what converts rather than on what ranks. The engagement is ongoing and covers content, technical maintenance and link acquisition.
