CMSC Driving School has been our client for a while now. Previously, we helped them optimize their PPC campaigns, leading to more leads and better ad performance.
But relying on paid ads alone wasn’t enough.
They wanted to reduce their dependency on ads and start generating consistent, long-term traffic through SEO. The goal? Get top of Google search results organically and bring in leads without paying for every click.
Their biggest hurdles were:
For high-intent searches like “Spanish driving school in Massachusetts” and “adaptive driving school Massachusetts,” CMSC wasn’t in the top search results.

ThePetsClub wanted to fulfill the brand’s objective to create a prominent position in the highly competitive UAE pet food supply marketplace. Despite making extensive organic marketing efforts, the brand missed the mark in meeting its sales target. They were unable to reach the target prospects. All they required was to initiate profitable eCommerce PPC marketing campaigns to get a broad spectrum of customers and boost the overall sales patterns.

After having several discussions with the client and understanding the overall requirements, we held brainstorming and research sessions together. After a careful analysis of the competitive brands and market trends, we came up with the high targeting keyword list and prepared engaging ad copies.

After creating the campaign from the scratch, the client garnered 8x the return on ad spent, and the graph of sales went up. With our Google ads marketing efforts, the brand achieved ROAS of more than 14 in just 7 months.
Even Facebook ads experienced a remarkable result of achieving ROAS of more than 9. We also experienced an increase in Shopify sales that showcase our result-oriented strategies approach.
Not only this, an extensive range of customers in UAE started recognizing this pet food product online store and start ordering from the platform. This exceptional growth of the brand not only resulted in boosting sales but further expanded the brand’s presence across distinctive demographics.
The client was running some campaigns on Google, but the ads did not yield any results – there were 0 conversions. The merchant center was suspended due to which there was no scope of running shopping ads; we had to fix the merchant center account first. The campaign structure was super messy which made the audit and analysis extremely difficult. They did not opt for the high-volume search keywords and did very minimal testing with the campaigns. The average CPC was high with no purchases from the ads which made it challenging altogether.
Our first task was to make sure that the merchant center account gets activated again. We started by fixing all the errors in the account and were in constant touch with Google support. Along with that, we started a search campaign for better performance which included all the keywords that had high search volume and were relevant to the business.
From creating new ads to creating new banners for display and shopping campaigns, we structured the ads and accounts in a schematic way. Once the Merchant Center Account was activated, we worked on the Shopping feed and eliminated all the factors that could cause suspension again.
We also achieved a Trusted Store Label from Google Merchant center which will be shown with all our shopping ad products. With the right strategy and the right keywords, the campaign started to gain the trust of the audiences and more people started to interact with the ads.
With the constant optimization in the campaigns, the audiences started to interact with the ads more and the results started to hit off. We have been efficient enough in making the changes in the ads by pausing non-performing ads, adjusting the bids wherever needed, and getting the required results.
Results:
The team put a lot of effort into the ads to get positive results. As there was no purchase or no revenue generated earlier, but in a span of 4 months, the ads have received 36 purchases and generated a revenue of more than $45000 which excluded Signups. The ROAS achieved from the constant efforts is approximately 5X. Apart from that, the signup forms started to get filled in. The ads got 25 sign-ups and 4 phone calls. There was an improvement in CPC by 51% as compared to the previous period. The results have only gone up with our digital marketing services.

Earlier, they were running a few campaigns on Google having a ROAS of approximately 4. Upon auditing the account, we saw that there was a lot of room for improvement. Even though the ads had enough traffic, there was a need to put that traffic to good use. We knew we could scale the campaigns and generate double the revenue they were getting.
We had to start with the campaigns from the scratch by doing thorough research on the audience and the keywords that had the potential to get converted. Other than that, the team suggested the client explore other platforms like – Pinterest & Facebook as more businesses are moving their strategies to social media and are getting the results.
Google: We first started by creating campaigns on Google. Combining our ideas and strategies with their already-running campaign, we wanted to test the audience and their response to both old and new ads.
We started with a search campaign and a brand awareness campaign so that the name of the brand could reach more people. By digging deep into their previous campaigns and website, we searched for the potential keywords that were relevant to their business. We completely restructured the accounts and simplified the keywords to reduce any inefficiency and overlapping.
As it is an eCommerce platform, so the shopping campaign was necessary to launch to sell their products at great potential. Once the new campaigns started to collect the data and got conversions, we moved forward with the Dynamic Remarketing campaign to bring back our previous customers.
With the constant optimization in the campaigns, the audiences started to interact with the ads more and the results started to hit off. By keeping a close eye on the campaigns and eliminating all the non-performing factors, we were able to achieve double the ROAS as compared to before.
Pinterest: Further, we suggested the client run ads on Pinterest. Usually, businesses don’t opt for Pinterest marketing as it is that popular in comparison to Facebook or Twitter, but it sure has a larger user base that worked in our favor of us.
As the main goal was to sell the products but we did not have any data on Pinterest, so maintaining a strong audience interaction was a challenging task. We started with traffic and awareness campaigns that helped us build brand value among audiences. Once we were sure that we could start selling the products, we moved forward with the conversion campaigns which indeed was a huge success. The ROAS and the conversions that we received from Pinterest are above par.
Facebook: Along with Pinterest, we also started marketing on Facebook & Instagram as both platforms have the largest user inventory. The client’s budget for the FB ads was low which made the task challenging. We had to create a strategy that could beat the low-budget factor and get us some purchases. Similar to Pinterest, the client did not have any data or traffic on Facebook, so we started with the brand awareness and traffic campaign. We started to build audiences from the scratch – from searching for the right top-of-the-funnel audience to the perfect audience to retarget.
The team created a funnel of the audience that was followed to achieve the desired results. Initially, we started with the interest-based audience and then moved to the custom audience and then to the lookalike audience so that we could also target a similar audience to the ones landing on the website.
The results that we eventually got were definitely in our favor which we generated just in a month.
