I've hired Jacob and Disruptive at two different jobs and both times it's been the best decision I could have made. In addition to their ability to quickly drive relevant traffic, the thing that separates Disruptive from other agencies is their process. They actually take the time to be iterative about the traffic that they drive as opposed to just coming up with a new idea and hoping it sticks. They are true data-driven marketers who believe in taking a sustainable approach to online advertising. Beyond their technical prowess, however, I've found Disruptive to be awfully good at understanding business. In both of the cases I worked with them, they took the time to really understand the ins and outs of the business. By the time we had worked together for a short while, they knew as much about the business and our goals as I did and they worked hard to align their goals with my goals so that we could all succeed. Truly, I have loved working with Disruptive and often think of them as my secret weapon. Without them, I would not be as successful as I am today.
