First and foremost, they were very professional and flexible. Because of my busy schedule, we had to reschedule some meetings. I always appreciated their willingness to adjust their schedules. My priorities were put first, and it was clear they wanted to create something that I would identify with. I’ve been part of engagements where the producer tries to convince the client of what they need all because the producer likes the particular product.
