I am in charged of the social media aspect of my firm. I had a one-on-one workshop last Friday with Kim from WSI. It was great and it definitely surpassed my expectations. Although there is still a lot they can teach me, the workshop gave me the knowledge and the tools to start efficiently and effectively perform my social media duties. I no longer find it intimidating. I will definitely look at more training in the future.
