Updated: support team have remove my creditcard and refund qCannot remove your credit card. I have ask for cancel services before due date but no one reply and and my cc had been charged for next month becasue of their fault. After trying contact customs support team again, they cancel current plan but do not refund for what I didnt use. My credit card have not been removed from my account yet
