I was very dissatisfied with Firestarter. I spent a lot of money with them and got very poor results. After 6 months of monthly fees with this company I still had not had our site map submitted to google or had any of the proposed meta tagging completed for our site. We also got a total of one link built for our site over the course of a six month engagement. Be very wary of working with this company. I have noticed that the owner has started another SEO company under another name as well. I would guess that this is an effort to escape past performance. Be VERY wary of this company.
