In today's market it is hard to find a company that offers a level of service, expertise and professionalism that truly exceeds expectations - trueITpros is such a company. We were experiencing a wide array of issues that were not only handled but handled completely, efficiently, and with a high level of customer service (mostly hand holding for me as I was very concerned about my data!). All of the issue were resolved and a plan was implemented to ensure that many of these types of situations would not be reocurring - I really couldn't have asked for anything more.
