An action plan for the process was set up by them which ensured that the website was delivered on time and this was a really useful document, as much for us to ensure that we provided the information as needed to ensure an effective handover. We feel that our website is fantastic both to look at and to access information. In addition the maintenance and updating system is simple and when we have run into issues, Panacia Softwares have always delivered on their after sales service.
