My original website developer wasn't able to support me anymore and I needed someone new to help me maintain my site. I interviewed several people but was not happy until I ran into Jim. He was able to look at my site and fix it in no time. My site is a Wordpress site but is 100% customized with its own child theme. It has a fairly complex structure with 60+ pages, graphics in frames that have to line up, dozens of shortcodes, and several plugins like sliders. It also has a full e-commerce side. I was impressed to see that Jim mastered every single aspect of the site right from the start. He went ahead and provided me with a new backup and backup strategy the day after I asked for the first time. Moreover, he did everything with a lot of enthusiasm and a smile. His hourly price is similar to his competitors but I ended up paying way less because he is so much more technically savvy. I will certainly continue to work with Jim in the future.
