Hired a roofer Ray aka Block aka R.A. Ransom & Associates to complete a job, made sure he pulled a permit and never closed out the permit. Went MIA. I was being fined daily and could not pull an owner builder permit as I did NOT occupy the property. City was of no help. Thank GOD I found Aruba Permit Services. They made the completion of this permit smooth and fast. Thank you Aruba!!!!
