Very Poor Responsiveness. How many times are we required to email and call Main Street before they reply. Apparently, the answer is several. They are always nice and cordial when you can reach them, but then they rarely ever complete the tasks that are discussed in the phone conversations. It is a never ending exercise in frustration. They do not appear to be in any hurry to ever help us get our website operating the way we have discussed with them. I would not recommend working with this company.
