By far the most qualified, courteous staff in the business. I have dealt with many other people in designing websites over the years. I have even built my own (back when it was simpler to do!). I have never had such a quick response from a vendor in regards to building a website. All information was explained, all pricing was transparent. It took getting someone from across the country (I am in New York, they are in BC) for me to get the right people for the job.
