The three of us worked together at various levels of system engineering, software, and customer support for the same computer company. This company mostly provided for just a small piece of the computing needs of some major corporations. The common link was that we each had direct customer contact in the course of our jobs and were responsible for keeping those contacts satisfied with the company’s products and services.
Andromeda has been our Tech Support vendor for over 6 months and has done a great job! Being a small company it has been a huge benefit to have a help desk for tech support for our day to day. Andromeda has also successful migrated our email from Gmail to Microsoft Exchange in addition to assisting with equipment orders, cyber audits, and recommendations for enhanced security.
