iContact

I have been using Icontact for email marketing for the past 2 years and we have had a pretty good experience overall. The interface is fairly intuitive and the webinars are very helpful. We have the plan that pairs us with a strategic advisor and it is great. The person we have now goes above and beyond to help out and always has so much to bring to the table. We have two phone calls a month with our strategist and we regularly fill up an hour easy analyzing data and strategizing for future sends. The strategist we had before was not nearly as helpful and quite frankly I was ready to move on to a different company. I called Icontact to let then know how I felt and they were very responsive. I was switched over to a new strategist (our current) and it was like night and day. So grateful to have such a dedicated and responsive strategist on our team.
