Was introduced to SEO Agency through a former colleague and started to request for quotation from them since my company requires 3 quotation to be submitted to procurement team for selection. Of the 3 recommendation I submitted, SEO Agency had the most competitive price. And as my company had a policy to go for the most competitive cost quotation (competitive does not means cheapest, in their case is their price plan which my company found it to be more value for dollar in the long run since we operate globally) if deliverables are the same across all quotation, SEO Agency was chosen. Having only taken on the position of digital marketer for 2 months with only traditional marketing knowledge, the account director assigned to me (Alex by the way) was by far one of the best supplier I have worked with. Having a good account person assigned to you is as good as having 80% of the job done (since you don't have to worry and keep checking up on them).Not only did he had the patience to walk through how SEO and SEM works, unlike some suppliers we work with that do hard selling, he make the effort to understand the clients business need and have a ramp up plan which makes planning budget easier. He is straightforward and would not promise things which he have no confident that it can be done which is one of the quality I like about him. As long as you have the budget, you can pay any company or anyone to get the work done for you. However its not everyday you have a account person that understand what is called growing with your client. Review is based on personal experience with SEO Agency. For anyone that is looking for an agency, I do advice you to have multiple quotation for comparison but do include SEO Agency as well for your quotation call and you will know what I mean.
