I wanted to give them 2 stars because the app is a good app. However, there is no 'Cancel My Account' button anywhere. There are no instructions for cancelling your account in the Support documentation. If you decide that you do not want to use the service, you have to contact them. Since there service is in India, the delay of response or general lack of any response at all means that they keep your credit card long after you ask them to cancel it. I was charged for yet another month I did not use and cannot get them to cancel the account. Let me be clear: I am still paying them for a service I am not using.
