I was first referred to Ross Dunn at StepForth Web Marketing to ensure I had Google authorship installed on my blog. In the course of looking at his web site and a phone conversation, I discovered a wealth of web marketing knowledge and services that were available. I found him to be very helpful in that instance, so I subsequently hired him to do an audit of my website. I was so impressed with the 11 page report of website deficiencies, which has become a road map to enable me to have those things corrected. I've had a couple of follow up phone calls with him so he could explain, in layman's terms, the contents of the report and he was patient and thorough so I have a much better grasp of what needs to be accomplished. I will absolutely work with him again and would recommend him highly.
